Affiliated to the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission , WE, Shanghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. (“SITC”), are one of the first few owners of all the highest level of tendering qualifications by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China, and we are a certified organization of Quality Management System ISO 9001.

-History & Achievement

Since our establishment in 1988, as Shanghai has embarked on the fast lane of reform and opening-up, SITC focused on major construction projects in this city. We did not only participate in and witness Shanghai’s growth of “climbing higher, diving deeper and running faster”, but also actively contributed to Shanghai’s construction of “five centers” - international economy, finance, trade, shipping and technology innovation.

Making every effort to promote Shanghai’s stride towards becoming an outstanding global city, SITC undertook a number of loan projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other foreign governments, participated in the first few Public-Private-Partnership projects of the Ministry of Finance and Shanghai government, and provided one-stop consulting services for lots of major projects in Shanghai regarding the strategic planning of multiple key areas, the development of local cultural and industry, the construction of large-scale urban infrastructures and the improvement of ecological environment.

We are Shanghai by Origin, China by Nature and Global by Ambition, including a strong footprint in five continents - Asia, Europe, Africa, North America and South America as the result of intently implementing the “Go-Global” strategy. SITC has actively participated in major national construction projects including Hebei Xiong'an New Area, Tianjin Binhai New Area, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Hainan Free Trade Port, and provided professional services for more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide. What’s more, SITC fervently explored foreign markets such as USA, Russia and Singapore, and was engaged in the projects cooperated with other countries in the Belt and Road Initiative including the UAE, Peru, Thailand and beyond.
